Professionals that off their services sometimes offer an agreement called “no win no fee”, this means that if your case is not won, there will be no fee charged to you. This takes the risk out of cases such as personal injury claims, which means the client has no fear of a hefty bill if the case is not won.

Compensation Claims: are a common legal process that refers to anyone looking to be reimbursed for costs involving a case. This can include, but isn’t limited to, medical bills and other expenses. These are very common in the legal world, and can span a variety of scenarios.
